This project was a true transformation! The existing patio was far too small for this family's needs. They envisioned a backyard where they could entertain friends and family, complete with a swimming pool. Our biggest hurdle was the property's corner lot location, which presented unique boundary restrictions and challenging elevation changes. Through innovative design solutions, we were able to incorporate all their wishes: a covered patio for al fresco dining, a dedicated chaise lounge area to soak up the sun, a warm and inviting fire pit, and plenty of space for both cornhole games and their beloved dog to run free. The result is a stunning and functional outdoor living space.
